I understand I can use the 'assignable knob' command on the Transport to control things like settings in EQ3 7-Band, as well as clip gain volume, and volume automation with the jog wheel. In Eucon settings, I go to soft keys and assign 'assignable knob' to the first soft key, then correlate this with the jog wheel. But when I hover my mouse over an on-screen knob in EQ3, and hit the soft key, the Jog wheel does nothing. How do I get this working? I want to use the jog wheel to get fine control over doing volume automation, clip gain, and EQ adjustments without having to use just the mouse.

To use the Assignable Knob feature, you will enable the Assignable Knob softkey from the Transport, click a parameter to change with your mouse and then use the Transport wheel to adjust the value higher or lower...
However, this feature is not currently available to use with Pro Tools...!? |
