Default Imac + profire 2626

hello all! For the last year I´ve been thinking about moving from my windows based PC to an Imac, and also get a new audio interface, since my delta 1010 is sorta old and it wouldn´t work with Imac

Since it´s a big investment, I would apreciate anyone that is using that same set up to share their thoughts about it!

even if your not using the profire 2626, since I´m new to mac, how is the imac woking with pro tools?

cheers!

Imacs are fantastic with Protools, especially the new ones. I'm using a 2007 Imac Core 2 Duo, and I can do quite a lot with it. The new ones blow it away.

When Thunderbolt drives become more available, there will be even more flexibility and options for the Imacs.
