Well you have pretty much narrowed it down. PT works fine without iZotope and not when iZotope is there. It is their problem, hopefully they update the plugin in a timely manner.

Its possible that a Windows update hosed the iZotope stuff. I would remove the offending plugins and then(after a reboot), install them again(and maybe with fresh downloads).
