Default Autotune and 5.1 don\'t get along

Hi,
I've been trying for quite some time to use Autotune 2.15 with 5.1, but when I pop it on a channel PT quits with an error. I also downloaded 2.13, no luck.

Can anybody help? It cost quite a few $ and I'm in a hurry

Thanks

-Auto-Tune 2.x is not compatible with PT 5.1.

-Although you should check with Antares for specifics, Auto-Tune 3.0 should address these problems.

I just tuned two tracks with 2.13 and PTLE 5.1, so the RTAS version seems to work ok.

Hi all and thank you.

I found out that the compatibility problem is between Autotune and Control 24.
Until the software fix, I'll have to disconnect C24, use Autotune and then put C24 back online. Nice.

Brent,

Just want to let you know that I also am having no problems with AT 2.1.3 and PT's 5.1 on my 9600/200 (now has a NewerTech 466 CPU). I did a clean install of 9.0.4 from 8.6 (low level formatting before installing the new OS) and so far things are smooth as can be.

The key is to start anew with the internal drive and not install the new OS on top of the old one. It is very time consuming....I will probably lose all of this week to the full upgrade process, but it is worth it so far. Better losing a week, than trying to force the upgrade and having tons of needless problems that cause an even greater lack of productivity.

I'm using the TDM version 2.13 with PT 5.1 and it works quite fine.
