Default macOS 12.6.6 seems fine with PT 2023.3

I just updated my admittedly unsupported Mac Pro 5,1 from Monterey 12.6.5 to 12.6.6. No issues noted in a couple of hours of stereo mixing @ 48k.

WOW, man Hiram I got to give kudos to you sir.

I'm still rolling with Mojave. Only because I'm lazy and to cheap to buy a Wi-Fi card.

Gotta hand it to Martin Lo and his scripts though. Very cool.

Hiram I got to ask. Your C/24 runs in 64bit mode ?

All is well here too.
2012 Mac Pro (with Darryl Ramm's internal NVMe switch mod; https://duc.avid.com/showthread.php?t=405618) running Monterey 12.6.6 (thanks to Open Core) and Pro Tools 2023.3 HDX.

Fast and reliable.

Did you buy the wi-fi card since upgrading Monterey ?

No, I used the Open Core Legacy Patcher and installed the Post Root patches at the end of the install and that brought wi-if and Bluetooth back.

WOW, I think I'll go that route instead of Mart Lo's script.

I too looked at Martin Lo’s script and for me the Open Core Legacy Patcher seemed much more self contained and fool proof.

Works just fine for me (2019 Intel iMac). Monterey 12.6.6 is mostly a security update.

I just checked and I'm running 12.6.7 (via OpenCore Legacy Patcher) and PT 2023.6 without any issues.
