My only fear is that Apple will lose direction with their amassed wealth without the man who made it all a reality.

RIP, Steve. May your legacy live on.

Truly, the end of an era. Steve Jobs will be sorely missed. From my point of view, it seems as though the media at large respected his need and his family's need for privacy these last few months. I hope he had the time with his family he said he wanted during his retirement. Cherish every moment. Make it count.

I'm so sad to hear this.
I guess I'll get a pre and post feeling to my past and coming Apples.

‎"Remembering that you are going to die is the best way I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose. You are already naked; there is no reason not to follow your heart." Steve Jobs, 2005.

Good night, Steve. You changed my life. Thanks.

..well at least Steve was able to see his beloved Beatles: 'Apple Records' released on iTunes.

Maybe soon we will see the Documentary of Waz's 'US Festival' at Laguna Seca. I've seen footage filmed off the towers and this documentary is waiting to happen (BGP, ClearChannel, ?). The idealism of the 60s inspired by Bucky Fuller's Vision of a holistic 'Spaceship Earth'... not just those perusing a Whole Earth Catalogue or shopping at Erewon.

Been a sad time of introspection for me, first Part 1, but then Part 2 of Scorsese's "Living in the Material World"... I know it wasn't timed, but it is interesting how the 'Living (sentient) Universe' keeps reasserting itself in these 'Cosmic Coincidences' of epic proportions.

The emotions triggered these past few days are not just based upon personal experience. Of course I am sad and even more concerned, who will lead us now?

Down the yellow brick road (sophia) or the path paved with good intentions?
