Error during loading controller personality EUCON

This error message occures regularly during start procedure of pro Tools on my win10 PC. Any idea?

Hmmm, here's what I would try:
1-download the latest Eucon(even if you already have this, maybe it was corrupted, so start fresh). When you open the installer, there should be an option to uninstall Eucon and you should always do this(IOW, don't install any Eucon over any previous install)
2-What Eucon devices are in play and is it(they) connected and ready to go when the PC boots? Maybe the error is because the software can't find any hardware?
3-open Eucon and see if its calling for a firmware update on any hardware
4-with iPads, the version of Eucon must match the version of the Control app on the iPad.

In the future, include more info as it helps(IOW, its not possible to give too much info)

BTW, "IOW" means in other words
