Broken Fader Bank Button
Hello all,
I have the venue out on a tour. Had to use just the main car without the side car the other night for the first time and fader bank button C dosent appear to be working at all. Contacted the production company we are hiring from and we think it is a problem with the button itself possibly from taking a hit in transit. Has anyone else experienced this problem before or know how to fix it? Cheers. Andy. |

Re: Broken Fader Bank Button
Hi Andy,
Here's one thing to check: if the system previously had a Sidecar attached, you'll first need to tell the system to forget the Sidecar (by going to the Options>Devices page and right-clicking on the grayed Sidecar graphic and choosing "Forget..."). This will then reorganize the channels to fit the Main control surface and enable banks C and D. This is just one possible explanation. If Banks A, B and D still work then it could well be a button issue. Contact the support line at 650.731.6111, during normal business hours and they can advise. Sheldon |

Re: Broken Fader Bank Button
Thatbks Sheldon. Banks A,B and D work when only using the main car so it must be a problem with the button itself. Digidesign think the same and hopefully get a new module sent out asap
