Expanding FX Design Capabilities

So, I mainly record V/O's and mix. Lately I've been getting more work for FX Design. I've done it for years in a realistic fashion. Replacing doors, enhancing
natural sound but the requests lately are more musical and abstract in nature. Swishes and drones and the like. Logo design to corporate videos basically.

I've done pretty well with Reason Adapted but am looking to expand my options. I've also looked at Logic pro.

What would be the better option for me to get?
