making a stereo track to mono??

Hi, I have a track (a few tracks) that were recorded so that there is only a right side to the track in stereo format. How can I get them so that I can either have them in mono or copy it to the left side of the track? Please be somewhat specific, thank you so much!

Splits a multichannel track (or selected multichannel
tracks if any) into their mono component

Then delete the blank track(s).
