Default C24 modifications?

Is there a modification anyone has done or knows about where the phantom power buttons can be moved from the back of the unit to the front? What a clumsy spot to get to, especially when the unit is sitting in an Argosy desk.

Also, I wonder if the "stepped" pot in the monitor section can be replaced with something smoother...

I agree about the location of the phantom power. I haven't done that - basically I don't even use the pres on the C|24, however, it shouldn't be that hard of a project. Of course you would have to take apart the unit to do it, but with $2.80 worth of buttons from radio shack you'd be done.
