Default Waves Plugins Not Showing Up

Okay gang, I've searched and couldn't find the exact answer to this. I just upgraded my Waves to 5.9.7. Everything went well, but only a few of the Waves plug-ins are showing up in PT. I've looked at the Waves plugin file and all the dll files are there that are supposed to be, and the WaveShell-DAE 5.9.7 files are in the Digidesign\DAE\Plug-Ins folder.

Any ideas on what I need to do here? Thanks.

You must copy your plugins files in :Common Files/Digidesign/DAE/Plugins (different to Program Files/Digidesign/DAE/Plugins

Did you use the correct 5.9.7 installer? There are three to choose from. Plus, there's now the 5.9.7r2 updater.

V5.9.7 r2 Updater Adds compatibility for the latest Intel 45nm processors. Recommended for PC users with Intel 45nm processors. Solves compatibility issues including the DAE 3000 error in Pro Tools and missing Waves plug-in graphics in Cubase.

I thought that these files were different types (dpm versus dll) and that dll wouldn't work in that folder.

Yeah I used the right installer, but didn't know about the r2 updater. But my Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 is 65nm, so not sure if that would make a difference.
