Required Software Extentions are Missing

Every time i boot up pro tools I get a message "Required Software Extentions are Missing - Click ont he OK and you will be transfered to the PACE web site where an installer can be downloaded."
Pro Tools will not open untill this is downloaded. Once it is properly installed Pro Tools will run fine, but the problem is that I have to re-install this everytime that I open Pro Tools.

I found answers to similar issues on the answerbase but none helped me, all the answers were related to Intel Macs and Prol Tools LE which I have neither


Im running
OSX 10.4.8
Dual 2Ghz Power PC G5
8GB ram
HD3
PT7.2

as for troubleshooting I have trashed all digidesign database folders and volume files. I have installed the most recent Pt 7.2 cs update


Can anyone help me??? This is driving me crazy

I am having the same problem. "Required software extensions are missing" comes up. If I press cancel, Pro Tools opens and runs fine, but my Bomb Factory plug-ins and Digi Translator mp3 option do not. Everything else seems to function normally. It all started when I downloaded the new PACE extensions. For some reason, the Bomb Factory plug-ins seem to be confused about the new extensions...any thoughts?
