Activation Code

I know, sounds silly, but I am looking for the activation code for PT8 on the boxed version I got today.. I tried every related number on the box and on the reciept and none of them worked.

On the activation card, the box that supposed to contain the activation code is blank.

What am I missing?

It was different on older versions, I assume..

Look for a number starting with DIGI0800 or similar(this assumes they are following their older convetion). Remember the number/letter sequence is case sensitive and spaces count

Unfortunately, a small number of the activation cards are blank due to an error from our printing company. This sounds like the case with your upgrade box.

Please register your product, and then send an email to our Customer Sevice group here;

telling them of your issue and you registration info. They will email you an activation code.

I had the same problem. I got mine from sweetwater, I called my sales rep today, he forwarded my case to tech support, they called me back about an hour later with a code, installed fine.

Just sent the customer service a message with the issue.
About registration, I assume you didn't mean to register the update, because it didn't come with registration ID.

The hardware (Mbox 2 mini) was registered right after I bought it, a little more than a year ago.
