Default MTM Light Leak on Touch Screen

New S4 arrived last month and there was a light leak from the top left corner of the touch screen on the MTM.

Contacted support they were great, amazing actually, and had another one shipped up here within a few days. The issue wasn't stopping us from mixing - so there was no great rush - it was appreciated.

We swapped out with the new MTM. Turned it on, and the same light leak is present - in the exact same spot. (granted not as evident).

It happens, maybe slipped through QA or they were made the same shift.. who knows. However...

Support is now telling me that they've spoken to the Project Manager and QA and that this light leak is normal - and there is nothing more they can do?

I find this hard to believe, as I don't see this issue on any Tips&Tricks videos, in-fact the MTM video (with a close up of the touch screen) shows clearly there is no leak.

I also can't see a product of this cost having an accepted defect as such.

We all work in dark rooms, it is very evident.

Does any one else have this issue?

I would love to know if it is commonly accepted. Or if Eddie or Jeff could clear this up...

**Have Attached two pictures, one of the original, the other of the replacement.

Replacement New MTM

Any help would be appreciated - would love to know if this is common place - Thanks in advance.

Just to say that our MTM on the S4 is producing the same light leak. So it seems to be a build problem.
