Cannot remove my iLok from an account with iLok License Manager
Sync'd an ilok to to the wrong ilok account.
Pro Tools HD 10 is not transferable anymore - can't unsync and ilok no more grace period anymore.  My busness is heavily reliant on ilok transfer for our rentals - this new ilok thing no more HD transfers and no more ilok grace period is huge headache for us now - Thanks Avid/Pace -

Yeah, no more grace period. I believe you will need to contact Avid. sorry.

OMG that is the bottom of the barrel - people depend on that grace period
I for one was going to make several transfers God I wish I had done this last week

This is unrelated to the current issues ilok.com is experiencing. You can still add and remove iloks in an account as long as they are empty / do not contain licenses.
The fact that there no longer is a grace period which would previously allow you to remove an ilok loaded with a license within that grace period is a change of policy. You can still transfer eligeable licenses between accounts using the transfer function but there will likely be transfer fees that apply Chris
