Default Initializing OMS error

Hello Everyone,
I am getting an error message when I start up my Protools 6.7 software that says, "An error (-1) occurred while initializing OMS. You may continue without OMS functionality." My software seems to be working fine and all my midi functions are working and I'm able to record and playback fine with my midi controller (Motif 8). All seems to be working properly but this is the first time I have seen this error message and have been usuing Protools for a couple of years. I did recently reformat my laptop Sony PCG-GRT260G running Windows XP (Service Pack 2 not installed because I heard it was incompatible with Protools). Only thing different is that I had to reinstall my Yamaha USB MIDI driver for the Motif and everything seems to be working fine. Has anyone had this error message and should I be concerned with it or just ignore it? Is it a glitch with 6.7? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Are you connecting the motif via USB? this is a known problem with the Yamaha USB driver.

Read through this answerbase article for details.
