Change Avid Account Email/Login

I need to change my email associated with my Avid account immediately.

How does one do that? The FAQ says to click the "change" link, which doesn't exist.

Anyone at Avid care to help on this?

I've found links here to others requesting the same thing, and it seems an Admin has to take care of it.

If you need to change your email address on your Avid account, you may contact us through our registration case page here:

http://avid.force.com/Support/RegistrationCaseCreation

In the question box, please enter "Avid Account Email Address". Then enter your remaining information.

Please include any and all details that may help us help you, including previous email address or addresses.

It really shouldn't be this difficult to change something as simple as an email address. I remember a simpler time when you could email or even PHONE Avid for basic support.
