How do I unistall to re install a newer version?

I have m powered 7.0 that I just got restored and registered. They gave me the free upgrade to 7.3. I can not for the life of me get 7.0 uninstalled to put 7.3 on my windows system. I have tried the add/remove and the regclear as the digi site suggests, nothing. Any suggestions would be helpful.
