HELP! Region list missing - Avid Pro Audio Community

HELP! Region list missing

Just installed LE 7.3 and the region list will not display. I've clicked the double arrow on the lower right without result. I've been using PT for years without experiencing this problem. Can't find any info in the PT Reference or on the menus. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for any help or suggestions.
