I recently bought an MTRX Studio, and it came with a DigiLink license. I already had a license with my HD I/O, so my extra one is for sale/transfer at $240.

Just to clarify, DigiLink license is only needed for 12.6 and later

Pro Tools Perpetual license opens 12.6 and later up to the RELEASE LIMIT date of your license. If you want to be using pre-12.6 version you need PT 12/11/10/9 or whatever license

I can't remember the specifics, but it was a big deal for me when current PT again could open sessions all the way back to v5 or 6, and also convert SD2 audio files. I think it was 2020.something. I had been keeping, and still have, a mac pro w/PT10 just for that.
Also, with my PT2020 license, update/support plan expired, it includes v10, 11, 12 in my ilok account.

Yes, PT10 no longer needed therefore no PT10/11/12 license on perpetual and the license only opens 12.6 to current (depending on your RELEASE LIMIT date)

Well, my 2020.11 license still lets me run 10-12 should I want to.

Yes you are fortunate, but new purchases AFAIK do not carry old licenses any longer
