Default Atmos Renderer

I just paid for a 1yr Ultimate subscription so I could explore Atmos workflows. Do I really need to pay for the Atmos Production Suite as well? For some reason I thought Ultimate was Atmos-ready? I might need to beg support for a refund on Ultimate because I can't afford to shell out for both.

You can get a 90 trial of the Dolby Production Suite.

It’s a well known fact that Pro Tools does not come with DAPS.

Sorry to hear that. That trial is valid and perhaps after 90 days you’ll find the value in the $299 price.

Thanks. I'm honestly just hoping store page support will bend policy to allow for an exchange to a Standard subscription. I was stretching my budget for Ultimate in the first place and honestly it's of no use to me if I can't author Atmos files. That's all I was interested in.

The online store was kind enough to allow me to swap for a standard subscription.
