Default free VST-to-RTAS wrappers?
Does anybody know where I can get a free VST-to-RTAS wrappers for protools out there?

Why not just do lke the rest of us and pay the software vendors for all their hard work and research? Trust me, you won't regret buying the FXpansion software!!!

No. FXpansion is the only one and it is totally worth the money.

You know, there are software companies that offer free applications to entice you to buy other more expensive apps. Like Limewire or Adware. I don't see anything wrong with his question. You don't have to be so abrasive. a simple yes or no would have sufficed

I am sorry but I am extremely disappointed with fxpansion's vst wrapper.
I have to say, I like other products from them but not the wrapper.

I have purchased it to use with the VST plugin of my mx200.
It never worked.

Then, they came out with the next version claiming that it worked this time.
However, it does not.

I have been waiting for 15 months for a fix and I gave up.

Hello there Yavuz,

The issue with mx200 is known and much talked about on the FXpansion support forum. Angus posted a simple solution to temporarily remedy that bug. Please visit their site.

Oh..and to those who really want a free VST-RTAS adapter..







Buy a UAD-1 card
Comes with a registered, free version 1.07 ! It only wraps the card's plugs though..
So..Just cough up that $99 and enjoy the free VST universe

Hey lemix,

What is the temporary solution?

He had answered once saying that if you turn off your mx200,
and turn it on afer launching PT LE.
This solution does not work for me.


Anything else I have missed?
