is anyone familiar with (AVoption MC200)??????

hi

i got a great offer on one of this units (actually 2 cards)

i was wondering if this unit is as powerful as the
AV option or AV option XL and how old is it?

can anyone help me out with more info?
can't seem to find info on this specific one
