I was told by OWC that their Thunderbolt 3 Pro Dock is supporting AVB
From my research it seems that 10GB/s Ethernet to TB Adapters are more likely to support AVB. So far the double Apple Dongle solution seems the best option for me...

yes, it looks like that. The "Pro" is not the audio professional...
There is another one from Sonnet (Solo 10G) that comes in a huge aluminum case. And the already mentioned CalDigit 10G Adapter supports AVB as well, but looks like it could be also used as a table radiator for cold days.... That's why I think the Apple adapter duo is still the best option for a Macbook. The M1 Mini supports AVB out of the box.
