Default Seriously Digi... you need to EDUCATE YOUR STAFF

Digi folks... i am embarrased on your behalf at how little your staff know your product line, and the information contained on your website.

I've been trying for 2 days to upgrade my DVTK2 + MPTK2 to the CPTK, as per your website that states that there is a "Special upgrade price" for those who own both TK's.

NOT ONE PERSON that i have spoken to via email or phone had ANY CLUE as to what i was talking about...

Please take a minute to read this thread: http://duc.digidesign.com/showthread.php?t=258701

I wasted 15 minutes on an international phone call because your team didn't know a thing.

The sad thing is, I'm not the only one who has experienced this.

Dude, relax. We're in Australia-we don't count.

Avid and Toontrack have the same Atlas. Australia doesn't exist.

Yeh... i am relaxed man... i'm not trying to be harsh.. just truthful.

It shouldn't matter where you live... if a company sells a product, its staff should know about it - That's all there is to it.

Anyway, i spoke with Digi's US webstore people and they didn't know anything about it either.

I stand by my comment 100% - Digi need to educate their staff!
