Really hard to come by. Try these free sites:

http://www.a1freesoundeffects.com/

http://www.iespana.es/amazingsounds/en/

Or try here and search for a Sonic Boom:

http://www.soundfx.com/download.htm

You'll have to pay, but it's for one sound, not a CD full of sounds. I found four files searching for "Sonic Boom", the F16 was the best. Cost for each file was around $6.66 after conversion from English Pounds.

Cheers,

go to your local used video game store and pick up a copy of Super Street Fighter II.

you could try and make your own...

I dont know if this will sound right, but with some tweaking might get close....

If you can find just a regular jet flyby, and right at the peak of the passing, maybe find the most resonant low drum you have and line the attack up with that peak, might even pitch shift the drum down if necessary.

Like I said not exactly the real thing, but with a few effects and tweaking it could turn out alright I am sure.
