Default B&W G3, Sample Cell, Studio 4 and the Matrix

I recently upgraded to the B&W G3 450, from a biege 333. All is cool except for I can't get the studio 4 to see the serial port of my 4 port Keyspan SXP card.

Since Opcode is now closed, I was hoping some one here may have some insight on this?

Mail me if you do please!
