Default WinXP AVOption V10 AAF import , ProTools crashes.

Does anyone else have problems with Windows XP PT 6.4(all cs-updates)+ AVOption V10 and AAF import?

About every second time we try to import an AAF, ProTools crashes during redraw of screen/relinking of audiofiles. After reboot, the same AAF might import properly.
The AAF is exported from an Quantel QEdit Pro. Usually 20sek long 6 monotracks.
Quantel can't export OMF.

Sometimes PT just disappears, sometimes we get an error message. (Could not complete your request because: access violation occured) If we click "OK" the message just comes back. We have to force PT to quit and restart XP.

I hope someone can give us some tips ...
