Default G4 running slow and cpu error

My G4 with PantherOSX.3.2, Protools 6.4 seems to be running slower and an old session that ran great is having CPU error. I've used Playback engine and set 1024 and 85%. Has anyone used Disk Warrior to clean up the computer and does it mess with Protools?

Thank You

I can't help on the DW front, but as a first trouble-shooting step may I suggest that you create another Admin user account, run the PT session from that account, and see if you still have the same problem.
