Problem with midi notes locking to tempo changes.. help!
Whenever I've changed tempo in a track, my midi notes have stayed on their correct beats and shifted to the new tempo. For some reason in my current session midi notes are acting like they are on an absolute grid and tempo changes don't effect them at all... any idea how to fix this?
Thanks! |

You might have created your MIDI tracks in samples as opposed to ticks.

That's interesting, because, MIDI or Instrument tracks default to a Tick Timebase.
If your running version 7.3 or higher, in the Edit tab of the Preferences you can enable 'New Tracks Default to Tick Timebase'. filosofem
