Ok, I got a new Inspiron 8200 Laptop a while ago, and the mbox has been working great. I formatted the drive the other day, and there have been a couple of weird things that never used to happen:
1. when the computer sits for a while, the screen saver or something will cause the mbox to reset, and when I reach over and touch the mouse thing, there is no pointer. I can select icons, but there is no visable pointer. Im wondering Why this is, and if there is a way for me to keep the computer from messing with the mbox both when it sits for a while, and when I close the screen (i think it goes into a sleep mode) 2. After the format, I installed my old copy of Reason 1.0 from my previous PC...it works fine, but when I try and use the Mbox ASIO drivers, it says something about "Mbox may be being used by another application. Anybody know what the deal is? Thanks so much in advance! |
