Default Would this Powerbook work? 767 mg ram - 1.33 ghz

I am in charge of ordering a powerbook for a friend of mine, but are on a tight budget. Would this Powerbook work for him, running about 5-10 plug ins, with about 20 tracks, and maybe (sometimes) Reason rewired. And also if any of you know about Stanton Final Scratch, he will be using that as well. Here are the specs.

Apple Powerbook
1.33 ghz Proccessor.
768 mg ram.
4200 rpm hard drive (cant afford to get the 5400 rpm)
12 inch display.

please tell me what you think

Would a modified iBook work for this?
thanks

Your hard drive is way too slow. get a faster drive and lower RAM to 512 if its too expensive. Even 5400 is just cutting it.
