Default PT licence / ilok

Hi,

I have just installed PT 21.6, but my iLok do not see that I have paid PT for a year 3 months ago. What can I do to solve this problem. I have latest iLok drivers. Avid does see my payment for 2021-2022.

I am on Windows 10.

Did you transfer the license from your i-lok account onto your actual i-lok? Seems like an elemental question, but you be surprised how many people miss this. Or, did you have a support plan that ran out, so you don’t get the updates?

Found your product and licenses (different than your DUC email) and see that this was an older crossgrade from Pro Tools Express which did not have your System ID associated. I fixed that and re-synchronized your licenses. In iLok License Manager... check for the System ID in the Publisher License ID column (right+click the header to show that if needed), then check that the Release Limit date for your Pro Tools license matches your Update Plan using right+click > Show Details on the license.
