Artist mix Status in PT won't connect

hi all


Eucon shows artist mix in my surfaces, m4pro in my devices, and pro tools in my applications

i can enable eucon in the edit toolbar in pt but it won't change the status indicator.

most infuriating thing about this is i opened logic added it to the application and it worked perfectly. im lost as to next steps. thanks for any help.

Eucon 2025.3.0.14
connected to mbp through crossover calble to usbc ethernet adapter
VPN and Firewall off

Reinstalled pt and eucon. Same thing.

i was able to test on a mac mini at my studio works perfectly, must be the ethernet to usbc converter.
