Default Mac Pro 12 Core 2.93Ghz 32 GB Ram

Hi guys,

I am selling a great condition, 2009 Apple Mac Pro. Please have a look at the following specs and details.

2 x 6 (12 core) 2.93 Ghz, Intel Xeon X5670
Firmware upgrade to 5,1 (2010)
4 x 8GB Ram (32 total) 1333MHz DDR3

1- Sonnet Tempo SSD PCIe card. You can add 2 SSD's to this card and the speeds are much faster than using the Mac's bays. https://www.sonnettech.com/product/tempossd.html

1- GeForce GTX 660 DirectCU II OC (will support a 4k monitor)

1- GeForce GT 120 (original card)

1- WiFi (Airport Extreme card)

1- Bluetooth Wireless Adapter

1- AC Cord

1- Original box and literature

This is a beast of a machine. Benchmark Multi-Core Score is 22110. It has powered a Sony 49" 4k (3840 x 2160) monitor and a 27 HP (2560 x 1440).

The Mac does not include any drives as I've transferred all of them to an external enclosure but I will leave the main drive on the PCIe card for demonstration.

Asking price: $825.

I live in Burbank so preferably LA area... I'd rather not have to deal with shipping.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Thank you!

Seriously a Great Deal Bump for you and I would buy asap if I was not on the other side of the earth

We had the exact same two machines before we went with two trashcans and I will say with 100% certainty that the older machines were faster and you really can feel the difference from the cheese graters and the trashcans that the trashcans aren’t as fast at all !!

Happy New Year and hope you sell quickly to a lucky person who gets a superb computer that smokes the trashcan and the fact you can swap drives and ram memory and cards very easy makes these Macs versatile over the newer MAC Pro.

Thanks for the big thumbs up and the bump, Christopher :)

I have to agree. The older Mac Pro's were (are) pretty awesome next to the Trashcans and with the upgrade (Dual SSD's/PCIe card), it's even greater.

Have a Rockin' 2019!

Cheers!
