Problems with MOTU 896 and PT9
So, I use PT9 at home with a MOTU 896 that's fairly old, probably about 6-7 years old. It's been working great up until recently. I also work with a studio in town and bring my hard drive back and forth between them and my home. It seems as though I opened a file with their I/O settings and it caused confusion in my system. Now, I'm getting no signal from Inputs 1-4 and very little input from 5-8. Since then, I have tried checking the Playback Engine settings, setting the I/O settings back to Default, and starting a new file entirely; none of these seem to work. I'm not completely inept at this stuff, but I feel like I'm missing something. If anyone out there has a solution just short of reinstalling any software, I'm all ears. Thanks in advance.
