How to get Machine Control?

Hi

I use PT10 with a digi 003 rack for TV dubbing and I used to use a piece of software called "Gallery 009" to control Sony decks for lay-backs. It doesn't work in Lion and I need a way of remote controlling decks. Can I get machine control in my non-HD Pro Tools? And how?
