...not the cheapest - but definitely 1st class service. I had ram that was almost 4 years old die on me -- they did an advanced replacement, at no extra cost. And if you actually need to speak with someone who knows hardware, there are more than a few geeks on-staff.

I have always gone with macramdirect.com for all my ram. Never any issues with them. :)

There's also Newegg.com I don't think they specialize other than electronics but they have pretty good prices.

there are so many places...

interestingly, all my local mac genius type stores sell the 4GB sticks for around $300.- ...most online stores have a pair for that price. I have had my share of bad ram in the past, so bad quality is not worth a good deal. But just because it costs much doesn't mean its good stuff either...in general its awesome that you can get 8GB of RAM for under 800bucks...
