Please Help me with subscription

I am having the hardest time updating my credit card info and now it seems the price I pay monthly is wrong. I had given up my perpetual license for a prorated monthly rate but something isn't working.

The family and I have been away from home dealing with a death in the family. Glad to be home. We had an issue that forced us to update a compromised credit card and I've missed several emails regarding updating the card info. Now I can't seem to make anything work. Any help is appreciated.
