S6 Talkback>MTRX>Source connect
I have my talkback running through the s6 Master module. Im assuming the output on the Master Module is just a thru because it sends the mic signal no matter if I have TB button engaged or not. So if I want to route a signal to source connect and be able to toggle that, whats the correct way of doing this.
I have the s6m40 with a goose neck mic and a single channel preamp for the mic. One way I could do this is just set up a Cue that busses to SC and mute it on the console. How can this work by just using the talkback button? |

S6 Talkback>MTRX>Source connect
You can create multiple monitors within your DADman monitor profile, each of which can be triggered by the same TB mic, and each with distinct TB logic. You could, for example, create an additional monitor (separate from your primary control room) whose output is designated as a DigiLink output source which feeds into your PT template and is routed to the appropriate Source Connect destinations within said template.
Yes the connection on the MTM is simply an XLR pass-thru. Jeff Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |
