I did ask about MIDI and the demonstrator there wasn't aware of anything specific to that beta - that's all I know.

so i have to fix these Pace issues? good one,,,
i'm glad the ilok is working for you, but if you were trying to get work done, using PT 8 hrs a day, and had constant issues,
i think you'd be pissed as well,

anyways, the fact that i cannot use my 3 licenses on the ilok cloud on same account, is dumb to begin with, basically making 2 of the 3 users, use the damn ilok, on our laptops,

and then the constant "calling home" of PACe license, is that really necessary? how about once a day, not once every minute

I didn't suggest that you should fix your Pace issues personally, I suggested that your issues are rare and therefore fixable and that Pace should assist you. It sounds like your problem is somewhere within your ilok account or your computer, but it's NOT a PT bug.

That's odd. I admin four studio machines and numerous client installations and have never had a physical iLok issue. I stay clear of iLok cloud.

I saw/heard that there are LOT's of ARA things coming in the next release.

I am not sure, but many plugins I use are going to be implemented, Sound Radix, etc. etc. will be added into the mix now. I can't remember them all.

I guess I'm the old ball because I have never had an issue with iLok cloud and I do eight hour sessions all the time and I'm still using it as I type this response. I'm not on Sonoma though, still on MacOs 13.5. Everything works best for me there. I'll wait for the end of the the next OS release depending on how things are going then. I still don't trust Sonoma. I don't care what they say.
