Thanks for reaching out to me as well via DM. Try to sync your iLok key using iLok license manager and check of available update as well for the app.

Hey all!

Interestingly, this has cropped up again toay. I've given support a reply on the original closed case, but if any of the DUC team could give them a nudge in case that doesn't get noticed that would be appreciated. Still got a couple days left before it stops, luckily.

Oh I've just noticed, that case number is for a different issue (an export bug, can't get it to repeat just yet) 04786468 is the case number for the subscription problem
