Hey all!
Interestingly, this has cropped up again toay. I've given support a reply on the original closed case, but if any of the DUC team could give them a nudge in case that doesn't get noticed that would be appreciated. Still got a couple days left before it stops, luckily. |

Oh I've just noticed, that case number is for a different issue (an export bug, can't get it to repeat just yet) 04786468 is the case number for the subscription problem

I'm guessing this is a thing recently have a ticket open but i'm down. Tried everything and put in a support ticket. Looks like it didn't refresh from avid since ilock website says it's also not updated. But i did get charged for it which is a whole other thing lol.
