SCII (NuBus) daughterboard replacement...advice?

SCII (NuBus) daughterboard replacement...advice?

I have to move a TDM daughterboard from my dead SCII card to my live SCII card, but the dowels don't seem to be amenable to removal. Am I just being too timid?
