downloading system detail software (sandra)

ok people I found a way to get that software downloaded so I can provide all my system details to get some help. heres this issue I have tried two different versions under that Sandra webpage provided and once installed neither of them will open. can anyone point me in the right direction? i have tried the 32 bit windows xp one and the 64 bit windows xp one. am i doing something wrong?
