What is this that has appeared in my RTAS list for PT 6.1??

It wasn;t there before i don't think. Is it higher quality than the original Digirack dither??

Thanks,

bump...

i think mayhbe this new plug-in will let me dither down from 96kHz down to 44.1kHz? am i right?

although i know dithering can add noise to a signal so maybe i would have to use a noise gate after he dither plug-in??

So, POW-R is included in the new PT 6.1? Hmmm. That's a definite bonus! It's a great dither that I've recently come to love in Samplitude, etc. on that other platform.

yes 32 bit. the internal processing of LE systems is 32 bit...

thanks for the link Rubo. I guess I'll be ditching the Digi dither from now on...

for what its worth i couldn't hear the pow-r dither when I instantiated it on certain tracks in the same way that you here the change when you instantiate the Digi dither.

I don't know about LE, but Nuendo uses 32 bit float for recording.
