Default Pro Tools not responding to PTHD 9 license on iLok 2

Just moved most of my license to ilok2, including PTHD 9 license. The ilok manager see the license, but protools software doesn't.
Already email ilok, they told me to sync/repair the ilok. Nothing happened.
I can move around the license to any ilok on my account,which mean the ilok is not broken, but still nothing.
Anybody ?

Hi,

Just a thought but did you separate it from a bundle?

Other than that, Probably only something ilok can resolve.

Mmmm....... actualy i don't know.
Bought it long time ago from fellow GS. And I just found out that you can't sell an PTHD license
The thing is, already use it for sometimes now, around a year or so

Ok, been a week and nothing yet from mr.Ilok and mrs.avid .
Invoices are waiting on my table.

This sounds like a technical problem with your software, not the iLok license. Did you contact Avid tech support?

What version of Pro Tools software is installed?

What hardware are you using?

What is your OS version?

Oh Mr.Bruce

My PT is 9.06, I'm using HD Native with Aurora 16, and i'm on Snow Leo 10.6.8
I borrowed my friend ilok with PTHD9 on it, and it all works flawlessly.
All my other license on the ilok also working good.
And I'm trying to find out how to contact Avid tech support. Seems it's a bit hard to find it on the website. Not very good on searching.

Hello Pemula,

Your screenshot shows a single Pro Tools HD 9 license but no Pro Tools 9 license. You need both (can be separate or bundled) starting with v9, so you would need to add a Pro Tools 9 license to that iLok to be able to run Pro Tools HD 9.

Checking your iLok account shows you have a single Pro Tools HD 9 license on one iLok as well as a Pro Tools HD 9 Bundle (Pro Tools HD 8, Pro Tools 9, and Pro Tools HD 9) on another, so you must have been using the iLok with the bundle on it previously.

Hello Mr JC
Ahh.... ic, i split my PT9 license on my other ilok. So i just can not split the PTHD9 and PT9 license into 2 different ilok. Ok,got it, will try.
But i think it's a bit strange to lock up the things into 1 ilok.I mean, it's my account and my ilok (both).
Well it's your company policy, not mine zzzz...........
