Pro Tools not responding to PTHD 9 license on iLok 2
Just moved most of my license to ilok2, including PTHD 9 license. The ilok manager see the license, but protools software doesn't.
Already email ilok, they told me to sync/repair the ilok. Nothing happened. I can move around the license to any ilok on my account,which mean the ilok is not broken, but still nothing. Anybody ? |

Ok, been a week and nothing yet from mr.Ilok and mrs.avid .

This sounds like a technical problem with your software, not the iLok license. Did you contact Avid tech support?
What version of Pro Tools software is installed? What hardware are you using? What is your OS version? |

Hello Pemula,
Your screenshot shows a single Pro Tools HD 9 license but no Pro Tools 9 license. You need both (can be separate or bundled) starting with v9, so you would need to add a Pro Tools 9 license to that iLok to be able to run Pro Tools HD 9. Checking your iLok account shows you have a single Pro Tools HD 9 license on one iLok as well as a Pro Tools HD 9 Bundle (Pro Tools HD 8, Pro Tools 9, and Pro Tools HD 9) on another, so you must have been using the iLok with the bundle on it previously. -jc |
