Default Are there such things as session reports?

This may sound ridiculous, but I’d love to have a way to report my tracks and setting for review buy teams. Some of our sessions are more than 1200 tracks. Some form of reporting would be extremely helpful.

Is there a plugin or software out there that can do this? How are you doing this? Any suggestions are welcome.

Thanks in advance.

Not sure exactly what information you're looking for in "reports", but there is of course the "Export Session Info As Text" option built into PT. Other than that perhaps some people who deal with conforming EDLs on a daily basis have tools that might handle what you're after.

Thanks so much. I’ll look into that. Yes, would like to have various ways to report things like track settings, inserts, sends, plugins, settings, and other items so they can be researched and explored outside of PT. I think many people would utilize it.

When you select the command File > Export > Session Info as Text..., the Export Session Text Dialog opens that lets you choose what type of information about your Session you want to include in that text file.

Thanks everyone! The export as text option is a good enough solution for now. I’d think someone could easily sell a report system of some sort for PT sessions, conduits, and setups.

Thanks again!
