Bought C24 studio bundle 2nd hand can't find ilok

Hi I bought a c24 hd2 studio bundle second hand but the ilok was missing. I have all the original registration cards and a copy of the original receipt of purchase. The registration cards have been used. Is there a way I can get these registered into my name.

You are supposed to do this by having the seller complete a transfer of ownership http://www.avid.com/US/support/transfer/audio

You should ask the seller about the Pro Tools HD license/iLok. Nobody here is going to know what they are selling you. They could in principle either give it to you on iLok or transfer to your iLok account. Or they might be ripping you off and keeping the HD iLok license asset or selling it separately. What was explicitly listed/agreed to in the sale?
