Default Plugin's Bypass Button Lime Green?

Hello.. forgive me if this is just a preference that I am missing.. but I have never noticed this before.. All the bypass buttons on every plug in I open are lime green..

I don't see this affected functionality but I must say it's definitely new.. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Thanks in advance. BE

Sounds like you might be in "Preview" automation mode?
Command-4 to open your automation window and de-select Preview.
